Rental Lease Agreement Terms
1. Lease Duration:
- Yearly Lease: 1 year, renewable up to a maximum of 5 years.
- Monthly Rent: As per agreement, with an option to convert to yearly lease.

- Monthly Rent: ₹20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rupees) per month.
3. Payment Terms:

- Monthly Rent: Rent to be paid on the 1st day of every month.
4. Utility Bills:
- Electricity Bill: To be paid by the Lessee (you).

5. Security/Watchman: A security/watchman will be provided.
6. Lease Agreement:
- The lease agreement can be signed for a period of 1 year, with an option to renew for up to 5 years.
