It is a property Ad to which ‘A to Z Sale Assistance’ extended service requested by the Advertiser. In such case, Hills & Wills will handle the entire selling process right from enquiry call handling through site visit and till registration (except commercial and legal aspects). If a buyer wants to buy a Star tag property, service fee has to be paid by them to Hills & Wills @ 2% of the listing value for properties less than 1 Cr and @ 1% of the listing value for properties more than 1 Cr. It you are not interested on paying the service fee, please avoid viewing star tag properties.
You can set property alert with your property requirement while registering as a Buyer by default. If you are an unregistered user, you can set property alert through ‘Property Alert’ icon in the footer. In both case, you will get the notification when a matching property is listed on hillsandwills.com.

It is available in the name of ‘A to Z Buying Assistance’ and in specific hill stations alone (only in Ooty, Coonoor, Kotagiri, Gudalur, Rest of Nilgiris and Kodaikanal at present) on chargeable basis @ 2% of the sale value for properties less than 1 Cr and @ 1% of the sale value for properties more than 1 Cr which is payable upon sale closure and at the time of registration.
